The Festival of Texas Fiddling produces the event through grants and donations in partnership with a number of leading state and national organizations. We have long partnered with Texas Folklife, the statewide NEH-designated nonprofit. We have received grant support for multiple years from Humanities Texas and from the Texas State Music Office. We are additionally supported by the Center for Popular Music of Middle Tennessee State University, the Lisle Foundation, Musical Bridges on the World, and the Austin Friends of Traditional Music.
The Festival of Texas Fiddling has also been generously supported by private donations from Les Sherman, REALTOR® and Sherman & Co., REALTORS®, Frost Bank, Keeling & Fredrickson, P.C., , BBR Partners, Katten, the Alamo Music Center, Ranch Connection and the Apis Sustainability Group.
H. Jimenez instruments has generously donated their fine instruments to the Festival of Texas Fiddling several times in support of our mission to encourage kids of all ages to play fiddle and bajo sexto, a core Texas musical tradition.
